Our application process is simple, but it may take us a few days to get to it.

Things to note:

• Your attitude must fit our guild culture. We are a casual guild that is serious about raiding. We don't hold people to inhuman standards, but you should take raiding seriously. We are not looking for people that are so hardcore that their attitude gets in the way of having fun (yes, fun does include progression).
• You have to have a thick skin in terms of constructive criticism. No one is perfect. Sometimes it takes a team member to point out a mistake before you even realize what you were doing! Other times you might think you've learned your class, but were missing a small detail that makes you a lot better! These exchanges happen often on our raid team.
• Try to use StarParse. It is a star wars combat parser that will help you get better at your class. Parse yourself at the OPS combat dummy on your ship and make sure you are meeting the requirements for HM ops. RaidParsing is not a requirement, but we are leaning towards using it as we fail DPS checks.
• Speak to us! Our discord is there so you can get to know us and we can get to know you. We don't want to waste your time if we won't meet your gaming needs.
• Remember you can always ask us questions! We are here to help and have fun in the game.
